STANDARD GROUND: Delivery occurs two to seven business days after your order is processed. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO will experience slightly longer delivery times. For Alaska and Hawaii shipments, delivery requires 10 to 14 additional business days. For APO/FPO shipments, delivery requires 14 to 21 additional business days.

EXPRESS PRIORITY: Delivery occurs two to five business days after your order is processed.

EXPEDITED: Delivery occurs one to three business days after your order is processed.

Important Notes:

Depending on your location and package weight, orders sent via Standard Ground shipping will be delivered by FedEx or USPS. During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed due to high order volume.

*Band of Beauty Member shipping: Free and discounted shipping benefits are not available in Puerto Rico.

If any product you receive is damaged or not exactly what you ordered, we will correct your order at no additional cost to you. Please contact Customer Care via the email address or telephone number located in the Contact Us section of this website.

60-Day Return Policy

Product(s) returned within 60 days of the original order ship date are eligible for a full refund of the price you paid for the product(s) and applicable taxes. Refunds are provided to the original form of payment. If your entire order is returned, we will refund up to $5.95 of the shipping and handling fees you paid.

If you purchased a collection or set, the entire collection or set must be returned to receive a refund.

If you paid for your order using a combination of product credit and other forms of payment, the product credit portion will be refunded first.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

The Return Process

To expedite the handling of your return, please ensure that the Return Authorization Form is properly completed and included with your return.

Please include all product(s) you wish to return, as well as any free items received with the original order. We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us.

It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted product(s) back to us unless the product is damaged or not exactly what you ordered. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

We recommend retaining a copy of the Return Authorization Form for your own records.

Once your return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed.

Once your return has been processed, a refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
