A note about COVID-19 to the Beautycounter community.

To our Beautycounter community,
As the impact of COVID-19 continues to be felt across North America, we’d like to take a moment to assure you that your safety and health are our greatest priorities. Beyond that, we also feel that it’s our responsibility to respect and promote the safety of the public at large. For these reasons, we have closed Beautycounter HQ and our store locations, with plans to reopen our doors as soon as it has been determined safe to do so.
We're also focused on protecting our distribution workforce—as well as the products they’re sending out—with increased disinfecting and cleaning practices, hand sanitizing stations, and health and safety courses. We cannot guarantee that once a package has left our facilities that it does not come into contact with the virus. Therefore, we urge all customers to treat any shipment of Beautycounter product with the same diligence as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We’ll continue to monitor the ever-changing situation and adhere to the guidance provided by the CDC, the World Health Organization, and our local public health officials. We’ll keep you informed of any updates.
Most importantly, know that we are still here for you. Our website is open 24/7, and our sales associates from our New York, Denver, and Nantucket stores are available (and continue to be paid) for virtual makeup and skin-care consultations. Shoot your local store an email to book an appointment. And of course, our vast network of Consultants is working harder than ever to bring you personalized and expert service in order to provide what you need to help keep you and your family safer, as always. Interested in starting your own clean beauty business? Now more than ever, Beautycounter is proud to support our ever-expanding team of Consultants in creating a flexible economic opportunity that entrepreneurs can cultivate from home. Join our movement and get started in just a few minutes.
Beautycounter is powered by people and was built on community. Even when we can’t connect face-to-face, you can follow us on Instagram @beautycounter to stay in touch. We’ll be listening to what you want more of—and less of—during this time, and we hope to maintain a space that inspires you to find #betterbeauty in this new (but not forever) normal.
Stay safe, stay healthy, and stay strong.
