For Alaska and Hawaii shipments, delivery requires 10 to 14 additional business days. For APO/FPO shipments, delivery requires 14 to 21 additional business days.

Depending on your location and package weight, orders sent via Standard Ground shipping will be delivered by FedEx or USPS. During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed due to high order volume.

Beautycounter is confident that you’ll love everything you purchase from us. However, if you aren’t satisfied with a product for any reason, simply return the unused portion within 60 days from the ship date.

We will happily refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping and handling fees) of the returned item(s) to the original form of payment. We’ve also included a Pre-Paid Return Label that covers all shipping fees. You’ll find it on your Packing Slip.


If you’d like to make a return, please follow these step-by-step instructions:


  • Fill out the TOP portion of the Return Authorization Form found on the Packing Slip and include it with the return. If you no longer have the packing slip, download the form HERE.
  • Please be sure to include the Order Number on the form.
  • Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging if possible.
  • Remove or cover any existing barcodes or labels on the box.
  • Seal the box and affix the Pre-Paid Return Label from the Packing Slip (included in your original order). This label covers all shipping fees. If you no longer have your Packing Slip, contact Customer Care by phone 1-888-701-9899 or email by


  • Drop off your package at any United States Postal Service (USPS) access point, including a local Post Office, USPS blue collection box, your home mail box or any DHL location.
  • You may also schedule a free USPS pickup by visiting

  • You’re welcome to return Collections and Sets. Just remember to obtain refund, return the entire Collection or Set together.

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or not exactly what you ordered, we will replace the product provided you contact Customer Care within 7 days of receipt by phone 1-888-701-9899 or by email with your order number.


  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

  • Please contact your credit card company to confirm their refund timeline.

  • If you paid for your order using a combination of product credit and credit card, the product credit will be refunded first.
