Not what you expected?

Beautycounter is confident that you'll love everything you purchase from us. However, if you aren't satisfied with a product for any reason, simply return the unused portion within 60 days from the ship date.
We will happily refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping and handling fees) of the returned item(s) to the original form of payment. We've also included a Pre-paid Return Label that covers all shipping fees. You'll find it on your Packing Slip.

Return Instructions

If you'd like to make a return, please follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Fill out the form

Fill out the TOP portion of the Return Authorization Form found on the Packing Slip and include it with the return. Be sure to include the order number.

2. Pack

Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible, and include the Return Authorization Form. Seal the box and affix the Pre-Paid Return Label that covers all shipping fees. You will find it on the Packing Slip.

3. Ship

  • You're welcome to return Collections and Sets. Just remember, to obtain a refund, you must return the entire Collection or Set together.

  • Please retain the tracking number listed on your pre-paid Label, along with copies of the return authorization form and your original packing slip for your records.

Damaged or Incorrect Product?

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or not exactly what you ordered, we will replace the product provided you contact Customer Care within 7 days of receipt by phone (888) 701-9899 or by email with your order number.

Return Processing

  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a return confirmation email once your return has been processed.
  • Please contact your credit card company to confirm their rebuild timeline.
  • If you paid for your order using a combination of product credit and credit card, the product credit will be refunded first.
