Beautycounter is confident that you'll love everything you purchase from us. However, if you aren't satisfied with a product for any reason, simply return the unused portion within 60 days from the ship date.
We will happily refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping and handling fees) of the returned item(s) to the original form of payment.
Return Instructions
If you'd like to make a return, please follow these step-by-step instructions:
1. Start the return process
To begin a return of eligible product, visit Beautycounter Returns with your order number and the shipping Zip Code. Select the eligible product you would like to return. The review page will display an estimated refund amount.

2. Print and Pack
Follow the instructions to print a prepaid shipping label and return form. Once submitted, a return request confirmation email will be sent, including the downloadable prepaid label and return form as well as a tracking link for the return. Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible. Be sure to include the return form in the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid shipping label to the box.
3. Ship
Drop off your package at any United States Postal Service (USPS) accesspoint, including a local post office, USPS blue collection box, your homemailbox, or any DHL location within the 60 days from the original order shipdate. You may also schedule free USPS pickup by visiting usps.com/pickup.
