Shipping, Handling and Processing

Beautycounter orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays). During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are based on order value and are summarized in the table below:

For orders shipped to Puerto Rico, a single rate applies, regardless of order value:
USPS PRIORITY: Delivery occurs 10 to 14 business days after your order is processed.
USPS EXPEDITED: Delivery occurs two to five business days after your order is processed.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Our estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. Our shipping partners are experiencing extended delivery timeframes due to global shipping challenges. Standard Ground delivery is not guaranteed by the carrier but typically occurs within 8 business days after the order has processed. Orders shipped via Expedited and Express may be delayed (see below). For the most up to date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email. Refunds are not being issued for delays in shipping during this time.
During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing depending on product availability and order volume.
  • Orders shipped Standard Ground are typically delivered in 8 business days after processing.
  • Orders for P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS and are delivered within 5-14 business days.
  • Orders for APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are delivered within 14-21 days via USPS.
Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. EST Monday–Friday will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability and order volume. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note that Expedited Delivery is taking longer due to global shipping challenges.
  • Currently, orders shipped via Expedited Delivery are delivered within 2-4 business days from the order ship date.
  • Orders for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are not eligible for Expedited Delivery service.
  • Expedited shipping does not include weekend delivery. Your order will deliver on the next business day.
